Contract between us and the customer

When you place an order to purchase items using our website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirm receipt of your order by contacting you on your phone or mobile number and sending you an email or SMS summarizing the details of your order, Postal address & available quantity of each item. (“Order Confirmation email or SMS”). The contract between you and us is formed at the point when you reconfirm the order and send the order reconfirmation email or SMS in respect of those items mentioned in your email or SMS.

The customer using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

The intention of Mushk Mahal is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Mushk Mahal cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
All delivery times are estimates only, some products may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our Customer Care and Service Centre will contact you with expected delivery days and time upon receipt of your order.

Please note some products may take longer due to shortages from the manufacturers. Our call center will advise you of this upon receipt of order.
The customer must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.
Product Availability
At Mushk Mahal we carry stock holdings of products at our Distribution Centre to ensure speedy delivery of your ordered items. However, under certain circumstances if a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed about the same.


Products are invoiced in Pakistan Rupees. Delivery is charged extra. Please refer to Delivery Information on this site for details. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled. Prices displayed on the Website apply to online purchases only. They are not indicative of the price of identical items purchased at any other store or by any other means. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website from time to time and once updated, they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.
Changes in Price and Availability

Mushk Mahal may change the price of any item on the site from time to time as it sees fit. Prices are subject to change without notice. Mushk Mahal will not issue refunds in the event that a price decrease occurs after a customer has made a purchase. Mushk Mahal does not guarantee that any item will be in-stock or that any item will continue to be carried. Selection of inventory will change as Mushk Mahal sees fit and is subject to change without notice.
What do I need to know when receiving my order?
Carefully read the information below regarding the proper handling of your new equipment. Following these guidelines will make your experience with our Customer Care easier and more pleasant and will help expedite any transactions.

Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to its contents and condition.
All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Mushk Mahal immediately.
In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Mushk Mahal and inform about it. Mushk Mahal will then investigate the matter and authorise either a full refund or replace the unit if the claim or complaint deems fit.
All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer’s packaging.


You pay cash for the items which you order Online at the time of delivery.
We accept cash payments only, no cheques etc.
