Terms related to order

1- Shopping On MUSHK MAHAL is easy!
Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:
– Click ‘Add To Cart’, to add this product to your cart,
– Click ‘Cart Button’ in the top right corner, to check your cart,
– You will then need to fill in your contact details and preferred shipping address,
– Then clicking the ’Confirm order’ button to place your Order.

OR

Place Order via SMS 0300-9280198. Do not Place Order on Phone Call.

2- After Receiving order, your order and Postal Address will be confirmed by MUSHK MAHAL sales department through call.

3- If your Order is Confirmed but not delivered for a long time, you can contact us via SMS or a phone call 0300-9280198.

4- A hard copy of Invoice will always be sent along with your Parcel, if you have not receive our Invoice please get in touch immediately dial 0300-9280198.

Note: In Remote areas home delivery is very risky, MUSHK MAHAL sales department will reject the Order by return SMS or Phone Call.
